Organization

Master data modules for company structure. Zones on the Site Map are derived from Departments — not entered separately.

Organizations​

Route: /organizations
Permissions: organizations.read, organizations.write

Manage parent companies and group entities.

Locations​

Route: /locations
Permissions: locations.read, locations.write

Branch offices with:

  • Branch name, head, address, city, state, country
  • Branch type (Head Office, Regional, Warehouse, etc.)
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Excel import/export

The Locations table does not link to Site Map. Use the separate Site Map menu for floor planning.

Departments​

Route: /departments
Permissions: departments.read, departments.write

Fields include:

  • Department name
  • Branch — dropdown from Locations
  • Zone — dropdown from Site Map zones + existing values
  • Location linkage

Zone values here automatically appear in Site Map for that branch.

Employees​

Route: /users
Permissions: users.read, users.write

User profiles with:

  • Role assignment
  • Organization, branch, department
  • Portal access flag
  • Employment details

Data linking flow​

Organizations
     ↓
Locations (branches)
     ↓
Departments (with Zone field)
     ↓
Site Map zones (auto-derived)
     ↓
Floors (manual) → Cabins → Employee allocation

Branches in Site Map are filtered by organization via employee and department links.
